1922 VAM For Grading With TPG. - Coin Community Forum

Dowhat Pillar of the Community United States 876 Posts	Posted 11/19/2023 11:12 am I have a 1922D Peace dollar I want to have graded and attribution added. I wanted to send to NGC but found out they will only slab a limited number of Vams and mine is not one of them. To bad as they are fairly close to where I live. ICG is even closer, costs less, and has decent turnaround times. But their reputation with collectors is not so good. Which I believe is more biased than warranted in my opinion. So it looks like I will go with ANACS. They are fairly priced and a bit more accepted than ICG. PCGS is overpriced for me and a bit overrated IMO. I do not submit enough coins to warrant the fees. And I have read to many negative reviews and BBB complaints on them losing coins and overcharging. Just my thoughts, and would appreciate hearing some of yours.
