This may be strike 3 for me. I've been searching for something that would actually be considered an error coin. Sadly this comes on a 2023 penny, but interested in whether this is keeper or spender. I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but I'm beginning to see things that I never would have noticed, so maybe it's all good.

We do see lathe lines on coins every once in a while, but I wonder if this isn't a fingerprint instead.

Lathe lines would be concentric, these are not. Fingerprints for sure.
