I kow I haven't been around much the past week, but we are officially in contract on a house and, with trips from here to Delaware and trying to keep our business going, I haven't had any time. (This will give some of you a chance to catch up. ) Right now, we're scheduled for settlement on April 28, though we're trying to get the date backed up to the 27th.
