Just a comment about grading foreign coins and the prices they bring. Most foreign grading standards are higher than US.
Remember this coin is copper-nickel which makes it a long wearing coin to start with AND it was struck in a collar making a pronounced rim on high grade copies. In this case, the wear has removed portions of the rim entirely. Without the complete rim, a coin can not be graded as Fine in my opinion in any system other than US. I would vote for VG at the highest, but if it were in my collection I would value it as a Good.
