I'm thinking no, not a mint error. I do believe I'm seeing zinc rot engulfing the mint mark--not that uncommon with zinc core Lincoln memorial cents. Must ask, what does the reverse look like?

Agree, common to see zinc rot at or around the Mint Mark on these zinc core cents.
Can you provide Clearer/in-focus pictures?

If u zoom in on photo u can see some letters or something right behind the ear and the edge of the coin
