The word you want is "attribution" or "identification", not "appreciation". Though of course we can all appreciate a nice looking coin!

I can't ID the emperor directly - the obverse writing is too far gone for me to read enough of it. But the reverse type is indeed SPES REIPVBLICE. The mintmark is Siscia: gamma-SIS-and some other letter or symbol, possibly M?
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Thanks a lot SAS for your answer and wise instructions on the language used to identify coins ,but you have to understand that english is not my " first language" or my "native language" .Surely in the future I will use the word " attribution " , not only because is a very accurate word , but also a lovely one .Regarding your identification of the coin, I also thank you and with that on mind I will continue researching to try to get more information .I take this opportunity to congratulate all the moderators and coordinators of this magnificent and very educational forum. Keep going !

Hi There, The bust is of Constantius II because of the pearl diadem while the bust of Julian II as Caesar one wears no pearl diadem too.
