Series 2009 $10 FRN W/Ink Smears? Need Help.

axenriq2825 New Member United States 7 Posts	Posted 04/17/2025 02:25 am Can anybody please provide their expert opinion on whether they believe the markings on this $10 note may be red and green ink smears or maybe just colored stains? Any input would be appreciated. I'm just so new to the world of collecting coins and currency that I cannot positively identify the markings to be one or the other yet. Thanks...
