what is the year and mint of this cent? We need to add it to the title for the searchability functions of the Forums.

but, this coin was intentionally damaged

So we have it narrowed down to 1959 to 1981 and some of 1982 for a date..

the blurry initials are of no use in helping to closing in on the date.
