I think that is an AU coin - the rim looks to have circulation wear. And Full Bands are only recognized on Mint State dimes.

the glare from lighting makes it difficult to see if there is any light wear on either side.

AU58 or MS64FT

FB is assigned to Mercury dimes. FT is assigned to Roseys. both bands must be fully separated. this one has a shot at it if its MS
