It looks normal to me. I'm not seeing an RPM. I do see some depression above the mint mark though.

@2tri, first welcome to CCF. Second, are you talking about the oddly-shaped downstroke on the letter D? If so, that might be mechanical damage despite the overall surfaces on this coin being largely free of distracting marks.

I fixed the typo you had in your first image file name.

the MM looks normal - what you see is a bit of Die Deterioration on it.
