Third choice goes to xx ShadowCreator 1890 Seated Liberty half ( This leaves the Proof set for the third place winner )I find the choices interesting how it all shakes out. Each of you should PM me with your 1st 2nd and third choice and
include you mailing address.
Because:
There was a three way tie for third, I decided to have a tiebreaker factor being the youngest collector having the edge.
I looked at the three finalists with the third highest votes and it appears that ShadowCreator is 20 yrs old.
I don't think that DNA and weerdteeve are that young but his age is not in the profile. I decided this early in the voting and thought it would be a good way to decide because I favor the young numismatists and support them as they are the future of the hobby.

Subject: my favorite entries
In case of a tie, the younger member wins first choice.
All were great entries, a few really stood out for me.
My favorite entries were
wd1040 attractive circ arrows and rays quarter
yotie amazing image and proof coin
DNA ( I got one too from MGT)
paul super image and nickel
Jamez cookie jar and factoid account of 42 over 41 dime
deadmunny little sister and info
But honestly, it came down to two awesome photos for me.
Yoties half was a coin magazine cover shot, and a PR67 or PR68 in my opinion.
And the 1943 P Jefferson picture kept calling me back. ( I wonder why? )
Just look at that picture of that half obverse with the light shining on Kennedy's face! It is perfection, and even though photography was not criteria in voting.
The other, Paul's nickel is still in a 2x2. I would grade it MS66. I looked at it quite a few times, even noticing the die crack between the third and fourth pillar. great shot.
I think that the picture sells the coin, the stories help the hobby and everything was great! I wish the best to everyone and hope you enjoyed the contest. I did!
