tights24 Pillar of the Community United States 2254 Posts	Posted 07/15/2009 08:11 am I could be completely in left field here, but I thought as of 1990 the mint stopped hand punching mint marks. Wouldn't that mean that this couldn't be an RPM? I assumed it was for all denominations, so feel free to straighten me out on this one. I'm also no expert on varieties either, but your first pic looks like some form of damage. Especially considering the dig at the bottom left of the D as well.
