I'm no pro but I'm pretty sure it's not a doubled die, it looks to me like an ejection doubling, a form of Machine Doubling.

Die deteriation. The flow lines flow now on the devices as well. The die flow indicates the die is very old in die state. Kind of like use after many years.

Doesn't look like any sort of doubling - just a normal coin.
