I will probably try to negotiate on the Hawaii down to $20 or lower. I am not sure what the discoloration is and will look at it closer. The notes are with an individual locally. It's almost like it had been exposed to a lot of light for an extended period of time. As a side note I don't even know why I even started looking at it as I told my self that I was going to stay with post silver cert's. Peace Report this Post to the Staff
