I don't mind! I like a chuckle as much as the next guy.
How about some feedback on how to make this contest a little better for the next round?

I was unfortunately a bit too lazy to learn how to play and it seemed a bit too complicated so I did not participate. It does seem interesting though, I guess I'll try and learn how to play. Nice contest and prize though!

afcop, No I didn't - wanted to though. Been trying to stay disciplined and save for an '09-S VDB. Do you know of any before the Oct 16th Tampa show?
wheatguy, it's really not complicated. Just the process of elimination.

I had never played that game before...it was interesting so I don't know what should be changed. I brute-forced it rather than trying to use a program to try to help.
XAG, NZD, JPY, CAD, GBP, SGD, EUR
Thanks for putting on the contest!

Quote: XAG, NZD, JPY, CAD, GBP, SGD, EUR steve199 takes it down! Thank you everybody for playing! Again, I want to apologize for a couple of miscues on my part. It won't happen again! nod2003 also had the correct answer, but had already used his guess for the day. nod2003, if you need a set of 2010P&D Kennedy's, let me know! (I have an entire mint bag!) steve199 - PM your address to me. Still open to suggestions! Please leave some kind of feedback for me on what you thought of this contest - good or bad! Was this contest long enough? If you wouldn't change anything, I want to know that, too!

My feedback is that I think it is a good contest. If you wanted to make it longer, you could allow the possibility of having multiple instances of the same currency, ie NZD, USD, CAD, NZD, XAU, MXN, XAG
That would make it trickier and last longer

Thanks for the feedback nod2003! Would you like your Kennedy's?
What about "one guess per person per day" were changed to "you can take a second guess the same day, but it will be you final answer. If you are wrong - you can no longer play"? Kind of like "Clue".
Still interested in what kind of hints you would have given in your e-mail.

Quote: LOL! xshift, at least svslav didn't come out shooting me with light year calculations! That is because with your contest we start with mere 13x12x...x7 = 8,648,640 possible permutations, and it gets narrowed down fast with your feedback to each entry. I like the contests when one needs to think (or know) rather than just guess. So, in my books, this was a good one. Thanks for the contest! Oh, and congrats Steve!

Thanks svslav! I enjoyed it, too. I figured around 14-16 guesses to solve it, and was right on target. By the way, what do you do that involves fractals?

Sounds like a good idea to me! Quote: If you wanted to make it longer, you could allow the possibility of having multiple instances of the same currency, I also like nod's idea, too. Vastly increases the possible solutions, and the strategy I used to solve this wouldn't even have worked.
