Spent an hour in the park with almost nothing to show for my efforts. I was wishing for one good find before I called it quits when I got a good signal, about 4 inches.....My first triple silver hole!
1951D quarter,1943 Merc and a 1944P War Nickel.
The small chain came the next day. Looks Gold but is marked 925 Itally. I'll take it.
July-Took-A-Turn-For-The-Better.
This is silver 10,11,& 12 for the year. One better than all of last year and only 2 from my best of 14.

Wow. I bet these were buried by someone in the early 50's.

WOw! I like the quarter... If you want to buy old quarters in Germany there are only quarters in really bad conditions... I don't want to collect these good or very good Washington-quarters, but quarters like yours are in an excelent condition. I'm really interested in coins like this one.
