not completely sure about the grade but it looks to be about EF-AU which puts the value at about $430.

I agree with Adam_E that the Retail Price is likely around $430 for your coin but these common date Half Eagles in raw, circulated condition usually bring about a 15% premium over their melt value. In this case around $360.

the coin looks to be cleaned so that will bring the value down from a problem free example of the same date and grade. But the coin will always be worth the gold content and usually bring a small premium over the spot price because of it being a coin. With coins its all about condition that drives the price, if the coin has problems like cleaning or some other problems it will not be worth as much as a problem free example in the same date and grade

Thanks everyone. How do you know/tell if it was cleaned? Most of these coins where purchased from an older mans(deceased) wife who collected coins forever. I couldn't see him/her cleaning them. I believe she's close to 90 years old right now.
