IMO there are no errors on this coin. It is a normal strike from a die that is late die state. The roughness in the fields and the fuzzy letters are from the die wear as it continues to strike coins. The lip around the edge is simply from die pressure pushing a slight amount of metal up between the die and the collar. The diameter of the die is a little smaller than the inside of the collar and if the pressure of the strike is high enough some metal will push up at the edge of the die. This has has nothing to do with the die alignment (MAD). This is also common and normal and is only an error when the extra metal is high which is called a fin. This coin is not a railroad rim. A railroad rim is a collar error which affects the edge of the coin. The collar does not come up completely around the planchet when the coin is struck. On a dime the edge would show reeding on part of the edge and no reedings on rest of the edge. Also the unstruck part of the edge without reeding will be a larger diameter. But to see a railroad rim best you should look at the edge and not the obverse or reverse. So your coin is just a normal dime from a late die state die. No extra value. So good eye but keep on looking and welcome to the forum.
