Is it just me, or die cracks slightly rarer on dimes? I suppose I just haven't seen that many, but could the smaller die make the die cracks less common on dimes?
Coop, I agree with you the rest of the coins from this die until it blew would be cool to see.
RollSeeker, This is the only the second Roosevelt dime I have seen with Die Cracks. I Do not see them often at all. I also have one 1875 CC Seated dime that has Die Cracks And those are all I can ever remember seeing.
The reverse if weak because of the missing area of the die. The reverse is normal, just the lack of pressure in that area to form the devices on the reverse. Usually that way on most Cuds. Always something I ask to see on every one posted in a forum.
