My wife bought these in Canada back in 86. The postmaster told her they were error stamps and only allowed to sell 1 block per customer. Any one know what the error is? Or where I could find out. Checked the Canadian Archives, they show the stamps but mention nothing about an error. Scott # 1104 thru 1107. Thanks
