2000 Silver Eagle Letter Errors? - Coin Community Forum

I got a 2000 silver eagel today and I was taking some photos of it and noticed something not quite right with the letters on the back. The most noticeable is the line going through the top of the "S" and then I also noticed it on the tops of the "T", "E", and "D" Anyone else ever see this before? and what does this mean to me, the coin collector Also while I'm here, what do you think of the rest of the coin? The coin looks real good overall. At least with your pics. Might make MS-67 That "S" took a slight hit at one time. Report this Post to the Staff
