I do not know if this combination even exist, but if it does I would like to get one. My aim is a coin where geometry and denomination are at par. An example would be a square coin with denomination 4 something. Or a 10-sided coin with denomination 10 something. It would be fun if something like this exist, but I am a little at a loss as to how to search for such a combination. Anyone have an idea?

Took me awhile, but I found one! Bermuda KM# 163 1998 3 dollar gold proof coin has 3 sides.

It took you a while? All of 17 minutes to find my post, search and write the answer? You are indeed a fast searcher mmorgan22. And thank you!  I will be on the lookout for this coin  Or rather, I will look for the silver version. |

It took me 16 minutes longer than I wanted it to  . I looked through all the coins from India first, then started at A in my Krause. So, Bermuda was close to the beginning. I stopped there, but I'm sure that there are probably some more. |

does a U.S. 1 cent count? It is a circle which only has 1 "side".

I do not know what geometry freaks would say about the matter, but I personally have never thought of a round shape as being onesided. If you want a coin with one side I would be more inclined to look for a teardrop shape with a point in one end. |

Well this coin isn't square, but it has a square inside it and the number 4. Does this count?  Steve |

All coins have 2 sides obverse and revers.
Quite a lot of 2 values out there

Six sides - one front, one back and four on the side? Or something else entirely? If you have a good alternative, let me know. I am always interested in expanding my language skills. |

Maybe the word you are looking for is edge.
Then a square coin would have two sides and four edges.
