My favourite Kook was a semi tame one I remember as a kid. It used to sit on a hand rail and ask for hand outs.

I have 5 tame kookaburras I feed every afternoon at 4.30 pm
they live in the park next door
and give me a call if I forget them ,,. ,, kel ,,

You're lucky, IMO. The only Kooks I've ever seen are hard, round, and silver.
