Hard to tell with these pics....I looked at one of these last weekend in an older pcgs holder.....MS 65....I didn't agree with the grade as I felt it was a 64....this one appears similar

It's awfully hard to tell by the pictures, but from what I can tell this shouldn't be higher than a 64, and it being a common date they don't grade as strictly, so I'm going to guess a MS-64.
