tracyaw Valued Member United Kingdom 127 Posts	Posted 06/08/2013 09:13 am My friend, an artist purchased this coin, it was soldered to a bullet which was my friends reason for the purchase for a sculpture he was creating. Anyway can anyone confirm that the coin is a King Fuad 1, 1923? I understand these were minted in Birmingham, and have an H between the date and writing, but this does not have the H either it has worn away or I was wondering if they were perhaps minted elsewhere as well. andyg Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 1324 Posts	Posted 06/08/2013 3:25 pm weight is right for a 20 Piastres (28g), these were not all made at Heaton's so it probably explains the missing H. (Always helpful to include weight and size of coins for identification) Report this Post to the Staff
