Is This An Off Center Strike?

Yes. Take a photo of the reeding on the edges because it may be a partial collar error.

It certainly is! Now, have a real good look at the entire edge, is it milled all the way around, like this one:

If it looks like that one, it's a 'normal' off centre coin, and may bring a small premium.

However, keep your eyes peeled for any edges that look like this:
Out of Collar edge, these two are called 'partial straight collar', but Partial tilted collars also occur.


Coins like this are fairly uncommon and depending on the condition may be worth as much as a couple hundred $$'s.
