Yes it is an incuse. Value is about $25-30.

Cool thanks. I was a bit unsure because its the first millenium coin I've ever checked...dont know what the chances of that are

Congratulations! Well done!

The odds of finding an incuse on the first millennium you check would be pretty low. I think it's estimated that there were approx 240000 of them out of a mintage of 16.63 million.

Based only on the numbers made, you should have just more than a 1% chance of finding one on the first one you look at.
However I think a fair number have been removed from circulation by collectors already so the chances of finding them are dropping.
I am sure that I am finding far less than 1 in 100
