After posting the 1879-CC "capped die" post,I decided to revisit my bank to see what other Morgan's I had.
I knew I had a 1891-O VAM-1A clashed "E" and a 1882-O/S VAM-5.Then I discovered this one.
Even took some searching to find the receipt where it was bought back in 2002.I wonder what else is hidden in my bank box?
I tried for several hrs to get a decent shot of this coin and couldn't do it.This coin is really nice with light rose
peripheral toning obverse and reverse.Reverse shot is a little better, but still couldn't get the toning.I'll work on it
a little more and if I can get a really decent shot with the toning,I'll post it.

Hidden gems.

That 1891-O isn't by chance a Mint State coin, is it?
