it could be an F12 but I would need a better pic of the reverse
cant see the left hand wheat clearly

Looks VG10 and likely wiped/cleaned. Still a decent example of a key date.

I can't see the coin clearly. VG10-F12, Looks like some damage to the obverse left field though.
