Just curious...Is it an error when one side of a coin is shiny, pic doesn't show all the lustre, and the other side is matte? Or is it from wear? Thanks

I have a roll of quarters in my possession that was in a house fire. This quarter has similar toning and markings as the quarters that were in the fire.
