I see what you are looking at and it looks interesting, but the overall shape of the date is not affected. I would set it aside and hold onto it for now. If you could get images of this coin and a normal one rotate to the horizontal angles, I might be able to create a side by side to see if the date devices are enlarged. Report this Post to the Staff

The location of the bottom of the 7. (What I look at first) Also the crease on the inside. It is a large date. You coin looks nice a earlier die state. The fields are very fresh.
