What kind of doubling is this?

I will throw my guess in, looks like mechanical, almost like it was double struck.

I agree with Chris. I also see a small amount of what looks like die fatigue. but your shots are a bit dark to tell. but it don't much matter die fatigue or Mechanical Doubling. neither will bring a premium.

The first picture shows Die Deterioration Doubling. The rest show Mechanical Doubling.

thanks Bill that is the word I was looking for. I consider Die Deterioration and fatigue almost the same thing even though they are not.
if I am wrong then I could use a small class on it

I would keep it also to help you learn something from it as long as you don't keep every one you find lol. I remember a few years ago I had a room full of coins for education. I don't have to tell you where they are now lol but the wife will enjoy them for years after I am gone you know what I mean?

I not say bills wrong but I showed one like that before.and I sold it on ebay last summer. about Feb of 07 the buyer e-mail me thanking me his was graded buy NGC D/D Au-55I just wish I had save the picture with in a NGC holder
