This has got to be a fake. The overall appearance of the coins looks cast.

Advice, albeit from a novice. I avoid any auction where they do not disclose the RIC, SEAR, or I.D number when they obviously could. We all know certain coins cannot be identified and believe me the prices reflects that. We can then take the Size, Weight, and I.D number and match it on many of the great sites to see if the at the least it is matching up. Indeed, my Augustus coin was even deemed suspicious by some due to the Palm Leaves being off and it has now been certified by David Sear himself. Well worth the $75 bucks in total. I want authenticate coins and I know everyone here does as well, so dismiss any that are vague or from most ebay dealers. Also, while many of the ebay coins are authenticate they look terrible. When I show people my ebay coins and my CNG coins they gasp and show an obvious bias. Of course my ebay coin was five bucks and the CNG one could be 100. However, I even had some 50-100 ebay coins and they were crap. Stay away from this one!

I put it up because I was bored!

I buy loads from ebay, often the sellers wouldn't know an RIC number if it bit them. If I want to buy expensive coins I am unlikely to use ebay, if I am spending a lot of money (to me) I want peace of mind that the coin is authentic.

Glad you got the all clear from David Sear, it is a fabulous coin.

This is a known fake of Hanniballianus. Here's an example from the Forum Coins fake website:
