Although the reverse is illegible, I think it says New York on the back due to the amount of stars on the reverse. Would you agree? How much is it worth in this condition? A few bucks? The reverse says "WILSON'S 1 MEDAL" and you can see the small "H" at about 5:30 o'clock (your picture is upside down of the reverse). That is die number Fuld-396, and you can see a picture at this link: http://home.comcast.net/~bluitje104..._List_29.htm The Washington/New York token looks slightly different than the Washington bust obverse you have.
