Picture is a little fuzzy for an accurate grade, but I'm going to guess VG. This is a common date IHC, so at most it is worth $1-$2.

Yeah 1 to 2 dollars it's worth the most to you I mean someone might buy it but you could find a nice specimen for a few more bucks if you really wanted

Looks like some cleaning happened some where along the way. Probably 1 dollar instead to two. And for some idea of prices, you should get the official Red Book.
