My issues with Picture taking --I think this is way better--when I receive the coin Ill put the pics of the beast. Give your opinion of grade --and remember assume the Sheldon one has a weak date even at VG levels. Last post pictures were not that good so I reposted this important coin ------Should I have a Burial ceremony for thi---eemmmm Not happening so give your thoughts on grade for this

I really never had to grade one of these dinosaurs .
VG-8 /F12+ = VG-10+. IMHO

I think as long as the Back rev has distinct sharp lettering-- non blending into the field its automatically in the VG + category. The obverse is generally weaker-but this dose show some slight back hair definition*-a full readable date . I'm a poor mans chain keeper--this an exciting coin soon I will have in my pocket !

Here is another S1 graded vg8-. Seems like the choices are minimal with grade level VG .As a Sheldon one there are areas of the coin that receive more ware differently on each coin that exists. I'm referring to coins with non porous or corroded problems. I think that my coin is the best of all ends

It's a great old coin, wish I had one! I do have to say on the chain cent design Lady Liberty is not real pretty.
