Good day, Sir/Madam, may you help me identify whether this coin is an error or not?

Yes it is. It's listed in cherrypicker's guide as a repunched date. It carries a slight premium over the normal coin (Normal EF40 - $10, RPD EF40- $15). With a 10x loupe you should be able to see a ghost image over the top of the '9'.

To clarify though. It is a variety, not an error.
