I use mostly Whitman Albums. That way no empty slots at the end for no reason which to me makes a not filled Album. I presently have well over 100 Albums. Filled depends on exactly what is ment by filled. For example I have 12 Albums of Mercury dimes. 10 are what could be called filled. However, since set #1 is supposed to be all FSB, and still the 26S to go, I consider this not really filled. This is sort of the same with many other Albums. Filled? Yes but completed, maybe not.

just carl - you bring up a point I never thought of. I deal with Dansco albums so by completing an album I mean having the proper coin in each of their noted holes. I have used the non-noted holes at the end of these albums to place the other varieties and coins of interest to me. Using this method I have completed my Jefferson nickel album according to Dansco, but I still have about 12 nickels to go that were not included so my set is not yet filled. Once my set is filled to my satisfaction I will still have empty holes (or perhaps not) in the album to fill with interesting finds.
