The obverse 3 is easy but the obverse 2 and 4 are more difficult to identify.

It's an obv 4 in my opinion. Rounded chin, and the lower serif in D from DEI is not broken.
There are two obverse 2 dies known. One of them has a broken lower serif of N in Regina. That's the more common one and could help you spot an obv 2. The other is a bit harder to spot. It has the broken D serif in DEI and the chin doesn't look round like in your coin. It's rather a double chin
Hope this helps!

Rounded throat/chin .. it's a 4. Also, the takeoff angle from the neck truncation (the tip of the neck profile above the C)backwards is lower and it stays closer to the beads for a longer time... a #2 is a steeper angle and stays away from the beads other than the single bead.

The left foot of the N in Regina is missing for OC2 but is full for OC4.

There were 2 different Obverse working dies for the 1892. One has a missing foot on the N in regina and the other has a full foot. The one with the missing foot on the N also normally has a large die crack through the A in Gratia and extends to the portrait.
