I think this is a small date Lincoln Cent

1960-Small-Date-Cent.

That is a 1960-D small date cent. The Small and large date Denver cents were about 1/2 and 1/2 which makes them common. The premium coin is the large Philly cents.

There are no Lincoln cents with a P mint mark. Cents minted in Philadelphia don't carry a mint mark.

By the way, it's the 1960 SMALL date cent from Philadelphia that is rarer, not the large.
