I have a 1990 penny from denver mint. The D looks as it is over a s and d so a total of 3 mint marks

There were no 1990 d Lincoln Penny repunched mint marks
The repunching your seeing is zin rot

1989 was the last year the MM was added to the die by hand.Beginning in 1990 the MM was included with all the devices and design of the master dies thus eliminating the all popular MM variety's. What you are probably seeing is a split plating issue around the MM giving the illusion of a RPMM

Yes this is a plating blister that is slowly turning to zinc rot, and jasper nailed it with the rpm's
