I ask because the obverse digits are flat and are doubled I'm not familiar with absolute dd' are they supposed to be flat.maybe that's why I'm missing them ?

Is-This-Anything-Or-Are-The-Digits-Just-Flat-?

That's just excessive wear on the date and letters.
