I can see some Machine Doubling on the date and a little on LIBERTY, which is common for that year.
The mint mark doesn't look like a re-punched mint mark from the photos posted.

to the forum. I think that was a damaged mint mark punch. Either way, not an RPM or DDO. Better luck on the next one.
