It is not a die issue. It is a planchet issue. After the strike the [;ting got split near the digits. The bubble is a linear plating bubble. Very spendable. No premium for this.

with Coop. Certainly LOOKS like a die chip, but ends up being just another plating blister that is all too common on these 1983s. Sorry.
