2017-P Jefferson Nickel ?possible Error?

Now I havent looked into this much as I just found it 10 minutes ago but I wanted to share with you all first as everone was so helpful with my first post. I found on the reverse of a 2017-P Jefferson nickel the second O in Monticello has a very noticable ?Something? I dont know what to call it but what ive read so far somebody described it as a die gauge but it doesn't seem like that to me so much. However I'm still a novice so please let me know what you think.
