I have the task of depositing a substantial amount of State Quarters ATB Quarters and Presidential dollars in the bank in settling an estate.

An awful lot more than one would want to deal with.
Every BU date and mint mark is there.
I suppose it is a quality problem.

I don't see any real value difference in position A & B edge lettering for dollars that I have found. Nor do die cracks or chips float my boat.

From what I have found, I should be looking for:

DOLLARS

(2007) G. Washington Plain Edge - No Lettering and doubled lettering

(2007) J. Adams Plain Edge - No Lettering and doubled lettering

(2007) T. Jefferson Plain Edge - No Lettering and doubled lettering

2012 Harrison, Authur, & Cleveland and newer in MS68

QUARTERS

2004-D WI Extra Leaf High Copper-Nickel Clad better

2004-D WI Extra Leaf Low Copper-Nickel Clad good

Are there any other significant things I should check for before dumping them?

I plan to ask the banks for empty 50 roll boxes to make them less disgruntled to see me coming in the door.
I will probably call my banker and see if they have a problem taking these first.

These have to get to the bank in short order.
Thanks

If you have any 2009s, I'd look for the 2009-D DC 25¢ doubled die reverse. Very few known so far, prices are in the thousands for BU.

Take a look at Wexler's Die Varieties. That will give you a direction to go:

He has a lot of listings for the ATB Quarter dies and Dollar varieties. Go to Doubled dies on the column on the left side of that link screen.
Rest in Peace

I do hope you will have time to give them a good perusal. Might be some goodies in there.

I'll second coop with doubleddie.com. There are many minor ones. However, the few "Best Of"s and some more noticeable ones can be worth a good couple of dollars if you have the time to look for them.

Minnesota, Wyoming, and Homestead quarters are known for having both many minor varieties as well as a few really significant ones.
Oregon, DC, and Fort McHenry quarters don't have many varieties but some of the ones they do are fairly significant.
Bombay Hook and Harpers Ferry quarters have many minor varieties but no major ones.
There's also a significant DDO for Benjamin Harrison dollars and a significant DDR for Rutherford Hayes dollars.

Look around on doubleddie.com and varietyvista.com to see what to look for.
