Should I Get A Star Review If Grade Has Already Been Bumped Up?

Feuchtwanger New Member United States 37 Posts	Posted 03/22/2018 8:24 pm Let's say that I have a coin in an old NGC slab that is MS 68 with nice color. The coin would probably be MS 67 without the color, so it probably got a bump up for eye appeal. If I resubmit for a star review, am I unlikely to get it since they already marked the coin up a grade? Report this Post to the Staff
