I've had my eye on this for a while. The 10% ebay Bucks promo finally pushed me over the top. The grade is lower than I might wish; the 1/000 is not clear and I probably paid too much. Make me feel better! Tell me this may have been my only opportunity to pick up this die state at an affordable price...

I'd say its a nice purchase. Hard to find nice, original Large Cents.

You answered your own question on whether you did the right thing, you had your eye on it for a while for a reason so don't worry about every last dollar and just enjoy it
