Came across this coin and need some feedback on it. For what I can see it has some apparent doubling on the date and it's not centered correctly. Any info would be appreciated thanks !

Your header said 1974 and pictures are of 1979. It looks like a MAD but I don't see the doubling.

MAD = misaligned die. Agree that is the case here. No added value.

It's a Misaligned Die, but it's too minor to have any premium over face value. The letters have to be cut off the design to be worth a premium. http://www.error-ref.com/dual-misal...f-both-dies/
