Meow looked through some quarter rolls today, and found this. Is it die chip or just a Cats wishful thinking? It is a 1983d.

Under the "A" of "AMERICA", that looks like a Die Chip.

Looks like you've got a couple die chips, under the "E" and the second "A".
Other stuff looks like features from a late die state.

In my opinion, no, but you can keep it if you want to. For me, I etheir keep them if it's a big Die Chip, or if there's 3 or more good sized Die Chips.

Meow is working on finding some. One day a big die chip will come this Cats way. And hopefully Meow will spot it and pounce.
